We had a lovely catch up with Ruth & Kelvin (ex Island Sonata) and Gail (ex Kullaroo) in Eumundi – in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
We bought a house!
As you can see, we’re only about 2km from the Sunshine Coast beaches.
This is the lounge area with outside entertainment patio overlooking the pool, entrance hall and dining area with sliding doors out to another courtyard.
The dining area also has a bar and the kitchen has large pantry.
The master bedroom also has sliding doors out to another small patio, and a walk-in wardrobe behind the mirror doors on the right..
… through the walk-in robe to the en-suite bathroom, complete with dual handbasins!
The gardens aren’t huge, but big enough to grow some fruit and vegetables.
The floor plans of the house.
It is a 15 minute walk to the Currimundi Lake – a saltwater lake used for kayaking, swimming and safe family play…
… a further 15 minute walk takes you to where the lake meets the sea…
… and Currimundi Beach is patrolled by the Surf Life Saving Association during the summer months.
The Glasshouse Mountains are about a 30 minute drive inland (that’s our car).
And, of course, we had to get a BBQ!
Another get-together with Ruth & Kelvin (and their Indonesian guest Yaya), Gail & Garry, and Phil & Cheryl (Adagio).
