We even had to put on our winter wet weather gear!
But we woke to beautiful Bar Harbour, Maine.
Maine is beautiful – with gorgeous places like this..
And some of the most beautiful lighthouses we’ve seen anywhere.
The only other boats out at that season were the lobster men…
… and the seals basking on the rocks.
Picturesque Somes Sound…

Even the politicians have to march!
Then it was on to Plymouth, Massachusetts – with names like these, no wonder it is called ‘New England’.
We loved the house number of this one!

We hauled out at Brewers Sakonnet Marina – while we returned to the UK for Emily’s graduation…
There was even a swimming pool which we appreciated at the end of a long day’s work.
The marina even lent us a pickup truck so we could get to Portsmouth to do shopping and internet!
After just one year, the hull certainly needed some attention!
… We touched up the topsides paint as well as applying new antifoul.
